The Leadership Team at Bspoke Group bring together a wealth of senior experience and expertise from across the insurance industry, including MGA, distribution, insurance and reinsurance operations in both personal and commercial lines product markets.
Building on a unique market footprint, balanced product portfolio and solid financial position, the business is driven by a culture of individual best practice and personal development, and a strategy for long term and sustainable underwriting profitability through the provision of value-led, customer-centric products.
Tim is a highly accomplished insurance executive with over 35 years’ experience within the insurance industry, having held several external CEO positions as well as within his own businesses. As CEO of the Bspoke Group he is focussed on profitable underwriting and a strong customer-centric culture.
Ryan is a well seasoned executive with almost 20 years’ experience in the insurance sector spanning a variety of leadership roles, including 10 years as CFO. As CCO, he is the driving force behind the growth strategy for the Group, responsible for M&A, capital management, capacity development and stakeholder engagement.
Craig qualified as a Chartered Accountant before joining a multinational insurance group where he held various senior roles in finance, compliance, strategy and operations over an 18-year period. He plays the key role in overseeing the operations and performance delivery of the Group.
