The Underwriting Manager will lead a team of commercial underwriters to deliver the target loss ratio for their product portfolio. This role will report to the Managing Director of Bspoke Lifestyle and will be part of the Executive Committee as a key decision maker, providing underwriting knowledge and expertise for all products and underwriting decisions within the business. You will lead on technical discussions with Insurers and on occasion, should be prepared to travel to Insurer meetings or to educate brokers or park owners as necessary.
